These Masks are mostly made from car parts and shovels. They are intended for indoors, but the rusty ones can go outside. Rain and moisture could eventually rust through the welds and cause them to fall apart. Some of the rusty surfaced masks may still need “curing” (evening out the rust). Leaving them outside for a few weeks will help if it’s damp or rainy weather or burying them in damp soil will help.
Making these masks is an intuitive process. I may cut and weld multiple times. Though I do my best to grind off any sharp edges on the backside, I may miss some so please be careful handling the masks.
Dimensions vary, but generally masks are between 15″-26″ height and 14″-20″ width.
Prices are generally $200-$400 plus shipping and handling.
All the masks pictured in this gallery are currently for sale. Please contact me about particular ones and please be patient as they are often at shows and I need to confirm that they have not been sold.
